Art. 2. Purposes and legal basis of the processing: why the data are processed and
what is the processing justified by
Data are processed for the following purposes.
Purposes a) – Online contacts
- Fulfilling pre-contractual obligations (responding to requests sent via the contact form of the website in
the “contact” section);
Legal basis: execution of the contract.
Refusal to provide mandatory data (indicated with *) prevents the holder from responding to requests.
Art. 3. Data processed and methods of processing
To achieve the purposes of Art. 2, the following data are processed:
Purposes a) – Online contacts.
- Required data: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone, property description/message
All data communicated are processed to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of Art. 2 above, with
the help of paper and computer tools.
Art. 4. Data storage.
Data are processed and stored at the Controller’s offices and on the business tools used (e.g. computers, servers,
smartphones, etc.).
The processing of data (paper and digital) is carried out with appropriate measures to ensure the security and
confidentiality of personal data, in particular in compliance with appropriate security measures and in accordance
with the principles of lawfulness, necessity and proportionality.
Some software used by the Data Controller is managed by cloud systems (e.g., email accounts). Providers have been
selected so as to ensure data protection and confidentiality.
Some data may also be present in backup systems. In this case it will not be possible to remove them. We guarantee
from the outset that in case a total restoration of the systems is necessary, such data will be anonymized/deleted
again.
Data collected and processed are kept for the following periods:
Purpose (a): 1 year after the contact request.
Art. 5. Communication and transmission of data
Employees and / or collaborators of the Owner, in the performance of their normal work and / or collaboration
activities, have access to the data as authorized persons for processing.
Art. 6. Extra-EU data transmission.
The transmission of Extra-EU data is not envisaged
Art. 7. Rights of data subjects
Art. 7 No. 3 The data subject has the right to revoke his or her consent at any time; Art. 15 Right of access,
including the right to obtain an indication of the planned storage period of personal data. Right to obtain
information on the origin of the data collected, as well as the purposes and methods of processing. Right to lodge a
complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority) at any time; Art. 16 Right of the data subject
to obtain updating, rectification, integration of personal data; Art. 17 Right to erasure/right to be forgotten
(when provided); Art. 18 Right to restriction of processing (when provided); Art. 20 Right to data portability (when
the technology in place allows it); Art. 21 Right to object to processing; Art. 22 Right not to be subjected to a
decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
In addition, Art. 19 obliges the Data Controller to notify rectification, erasure and/or restriction of processing
requested by data subjects.
Art. 8. Instances of data subjects: how rights can be exercised
Instances relating to the exercise of the rights referred to in Art. 7 above may be submitted by data subjects to the
Data Controller by registered letter or e-mail to the addresses given in Art. 1 above.
In all cases, interested parties must enclose their own valid identity documents with the application.
Art. 9. Updates to this Information Notice
This Notice may be subject to changes and additions, including as a consequence of any regulatory changes and/or
additions. Any changes will be communicated to the interested parties.
